and strong R&D and QC department are capable of rapidly
researching, developing and integrating the products on
the market and come up with quality assurance required by
ISO-9002.
Independent
Tooling Department enables us to accurately control the
timing for dies and molds development.
In
Press Department 55 sets of air pressure double crank presses
enable us to come up with a monthly production capacity
of 300K, plus 200K contributed by the old plant, our monthly
production capacity can reach 500K. It is planned that in
the end of 2001, we will usher in another 50 sets of press
to come up capacity with 800K per month. The continuous
one-operation flow did reduce production of defective products
thus enabling us to meet the requirement of an OEM plant.
One
chassis pre-treatment line and two filter tank automated
air brush system are capable of performing both liquid and
powder coating in the plant. The filter tank automated air
brush system can assure the coating perfect hardness, adhesion
and nice appearance.
Detail processing
operation is performed exactly in accordance with the Operation
Guide enacted by the clients thus enabling us to come up
with 100% quality control.
The
power supply production plant consists of 5 continuous one-operation
production lines. All power supply produced are tested by
AUTO TEST EQUIPMENT. 16 burning rooms provide the power
supply produced to be burnt under the constant temperature
of 35 ~45 thus ensuring the quality of products delivered
by us.
The
final operation is the assembling which is the last defense
line of our production lines. On this assembling line, we
ask the operators to do the job exactly in accordance with
the operation guides to come up with products with perfect
quality to satisfy our clients. |
